Privacy Policy

TariffMonkee is deliberately accountless: there is no sign-up, no user profile, and no stored identity. That design keeps the data we hold to a minimum. This policy describes what does exist.

1. What we collect

  • Payment data. When a call is paid over x402, we receive the paying wallet address and transaction metadata. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; we did not create that visibility and cannot remove it.
  • Request logs. For each API call we log the endpoint, timestamp, payer wallet address, price, and technical request metadata needed for billing accuracy, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging. Request parameters (such as the URL or query you submitted) are logged as part of this.
  • Cached results. Endpoint outputs (rendered content, screenshots, PDFs, search results) are cached, typically for 24 hours per input, to serve repeat calls quickly. Cached artifacts expire automatically.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

2. What we do not do

  • No cookies, no analytics trackers, and no advertising scripts on this website.
  • No sale or rental of any data to anyone.
  • No user accounts, passwords, or profiles to breach.
  • No attempt to link wallet addresses to real-world identities.

3. Infrastructure and processors

The Service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and delivery). Payment settlement is verified by the Coinbase Developer Platform facilitator. Search-backed endpoints query third-party search providers with your submitted query. Each processor receives only what is necessary to perform its function.

4. Retention

Cached endpoint outputs expire on their cache lifetime, typically 24 hours. Request logs are retained for as long as needed for billing records, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept as long as the relationship is active.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Given the accountless design, the personal data we could hold about you is limited to the items in section 1. To exercise any right, email support@tariffmonkee.com and include enough detail (such as a wallet address and time window) for us to locate the records.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We update this policy by posting a revised version at this URL with a new effective date. If we ever add analytics, accounts, or new categories of data collection, this page will say so before or at the moment it happens.
